It’s Zohra with your Wednesday wellness workout. With many gyms being closed and many of us with limited equipment here is a fun upper body band workout you can do anywhere.
•Bicep curl 20 reps each arm
•Wide Raise one minute
•Sit down rows one minute
•Tricep extension 20 reps each arm
•Repeat four times
