- 1lbs chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Pesto Sauce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup yellow onions thinly sliced
- 1 cup Brussels Sprouts
- S&P to taste
1. Season chicken with S&P to taste then place into pan to cook/sauté.
2. Once chicken is fully cooked toss in Brussel sprouts, tomatoes and onions then cover.
3. Once all veggies and chicken are cooked add pesto sauce and sauté all together.
4. Simmer on low.
Serve and enjoy!
