INGREDIENTS:
*Immersion Blender and Mason Jar (kitchen items needed)
-Light Olive Oil
-3 eggs
-Dash of Lemon Juice
-Dash of Apple Cider Vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
- Fill the jar 3/4 with light olive oil.
- Add the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and eggs.
- **Most important part: hold the immersion blender at the bottom of the jar NOT MOVING for 20 SECONDS while blending on high.**
- After 20 seconds, keep blending while moving the blender up and down.
This should result in delicious, Keto-approved mayo!
