Making Homemade Mayo


*Immersion Blender and Mason Jar (kitchen items needed)

-Light Olive Oil

-3 eggs

-Dash of Lemon Juice

-Dash of Apple Cider Vinegar


  1. Fill the jar 3/4 with light olive oil.
  2. Add the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and eggs.
  3. **Most important part: hold the immersion blender at the bottom of the jar NOT MOVING for 20 SECONDS while blending on high.**
  4. After 20 seconds, keep blending while moving the blender up and down.

This should result in delicious, Keto-approved mayo!
