Huey’s Books is a small self-publishing company created by Veteran Patricia Osborn. Last year 
she published The Ambulance That Could Fly and this year, The Fire Truck That Could Fly will be available this summer.
Huey’s Books will be hosting a pre-order campaign for The Fire Truck That Could Fly in April, partnering with The Brotallion Blues Skies Foundation, raising money for their Blue Skies Gold Star Kids. Last years’ campaign they raised almost $4,000 for this foundation!
The mission of The Brotallion Blue Skies Foundation is to support the next-of-kin of fallen Army Aircrew. During this pre-order campaign, 25% of all funds donated will go to the foundation to support scholarships for children of fallen Army Aviators.
The Fire Truck That Could is a fictional book about an Army Chinook helicopter and an aerial firefighting mission conducted in the mountains.
Pre-ordered copies of the book and other limited-edition goodies will be available during the two-week campaign.
This campaign coincides with The Month of the Military Child. The Fire Truck That Could Fly children’s book is dedicated to all the military children who serve in their own way along with their family.
