Mindfulness invites us to stay in our hearts- not just in our heads. The mind builds narratives to convince us we are in control- but in the heart lives the everlasting trust that life unfolds from our own presence and our own will of participation with experiences around us. 🖤

Some self-care tips this week:

🌿 Drink Water.

🌿 Stretch when feeling angst or frustration in the body (armpits open, side stretch, plank to cobra, gentle twists).

🌿 “I am” statements (i.e., I am supported, I am an attractor or love, I am the source of my own peace).

🌿 Snuggle your pets and hug your loved ones.

🌿 Prioritize rest and sleep.

🌿 Stay informed AND open. Mystery in itself is a teacher that guides us into deeper modes of trust, self-regulation, and empowerment. 

🌿 Practice grace- grace to yourself, grace to others and those different from you, grace. 

At the end of the day, we are all just humans seeking to be loved, seen, and safe. Stay cozy and stay in your heart. ✨
